How to Get to SonFest Southport

Heading to SonFest Southport from out of town? If you’re driving, we recommend you set your sat nav to PR8 1QU, which is the NCP car park directly across from the Kings Gardens site that we have usually held the event on. This year we are at the Lord Street Bandstand just a 5-minute walk from that carpark. Additionally, our friends at VisitSouthport.com can help get you here, whether you’re travelling by car or by train. There are even a number of places to stay, including some of the cosiest B&Bs in town!

To park close to the event, you can choose either pay and display street parking or use the NCP Promenade Car Park located directly across the road from the event site. Parking is £6 for 2-24 hours. Alternatively, why not utilise the Esplanade Park and Ride facility for just £2, conveniently located at The Southport Eco Centre. Just hop off at Lord Street. The bandstand is half way down Lord Street in front of the Vincent Hotel, surrounded by trees, benches and raised garden areas.

If you’re planning to join us for SonFest Southport, and you’re from out of town, why not make a weekend out of it! We have dozens of wonderful independently owned B&Bs and a number of exquisite hotels.
